Maple Brix Verjus was a new product for us this past harvest. The flavour was received very well by chefs, and they actually bought it all, so we are going to make it again this year. As of now, it is sold out here at the vineyard. Some distributors do have their own stock of Maple Brix, so it is still out there in the USA and Europe. Maple Brix will be available from us again this December, 2015. (weather conditions permitting, fingers perma-crossed)
