Apple 8 is cider vinegar made from a select blend of delicious Canadian apples.
Slowly fermented and made into vinegar, the flavour of fresh-pressed apple juice shines through. Ideal for savoury, dessert, and cocktail applications.

Tasting Notes

Appearance: Brilliant golden-brown liquid

Density: Moderate viscosity

Aromas: Apple jelly, honeysuckle, apple blossom, apple cider, caramel

Palate: Sweet apple cider, Macintosh apples, tart Granny Smith apples, apple pie, smooth and balanced finish

Uses: Finishing vinegar for savoury applications - vegetables, meats, seafood, fruit, macerating fruit, jellies, jams, aspics, vinaigrettes
Desserts - sauces: crusts, macerating, finishing vinegar to balance sweetness
Cocktails: wonderful in cocktails with whiskey/bourbon and oak aged spirits, with vodka, gin, fruity cocktails
