Lemon and Thyme Dressing

This fresh, herby dressing is bursting with flavour. Try it with chicken, globe artichoke, eggs or pasta.

Ingredients:

3 tbsp. Dehydr8  Vinegar

Juice and grated zest of 2 lemons

1 teaspoon fresh thyme, finely chopped

1 teaspoon shallot, finely chopped

1 teaspoon garlic, fine chopped

1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard

200ml olive or canola oil

Put all ingredients in a screw-top jar and shake together well.  Season with salt and pepper to taste.
