PassionFruit and Lemon Balm Dressing

Light in Texture and full of flavour, this versatile dressing goes beautifully with strawberries and melon or chicken and fish.


4 large, ripe passionfruit, cut in half and flesh and pips spooned out

4 large leaves lemon balm, finely chopped

1 teaspoon brown sugar

2 tablespoons of pistachio oil

2 tablespoons Minus 8 L8 Harvest Vinegar
